Getting to the heart of God’s Mercy
Facilitators: Mary Kennedy (RTE) & Deirdre Ni Chinneide.
The day offers time to meet and share with others, through conversation, reflection, music and prayer. As the season of Lent approaches together we will explore the call to listen and to enter into the heart of Mercy, with hope and certainty of God working through all of us, at this challenging but adventurous time of change.
Deirdre Ni Chinneide trained as a psychotherapist / spiritual director and workshop facilitator and had worked all over Ireland, the U.S.A. and Europe including Bosnia and Kosovo.
She divides her time between the Aran Islands and the mainland offering retreats, workshops and performances of Spiritual Music.
Mary Kennedy began her working life as a secondary school teacher of Irish and French and worked part time in RTE until 1995. She is now full time in RTE and has presented programmes such as Open House, Up For The Match, People Of The Year Awards and currently Nationwide. Mary has written four books, the most recent “What Matters—Reflections on Important Things in Life” published in October 2015.
